Congratulations to Kate Hallanzy (left in photo) for winning the Vancore International Speech Contest, and to Connie Hubbs (right in photo) for winning the Vancore Evaluation Contest on March 23rd. Connie later went on to compete at the Toastmasters Area 70 Contest.
